Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic treatment focuses on your spine, muscle, nervous system, bones, muscles, soft tissues, and joints. The spine, muscle, and nervous system supports your weight, keeps your body stable, protects your organs, and keeps you moving. Your treatment will can include various techniques such as the Activator method, Thompson technique, Spinal manipulation, Diversified techniques and Gonstead technique.
During your initial examination the chiropractor will assess, diagnose, and treat conditions and injuries related to the spine, muscle, and nervous system. You can expect to have a hands-on, non-invasive, drugless approach to treating your pain and correct joint motion and restore proper movement in your body.
Y- Strap
The Y-Strap adjustment is a chiropractic technique that involves using a specialized tool to apply traction to the spine. This technique can help relieve pressure on the spine, improve spinal alignment, and alleviate certain symptoms.
Myofascial Release
During your treatment the doctor will find the myofascial tissue that are particularly stiff and tight. These are the places that cause you to feel pain, even if it's radiating to other areas.
Stretching, massaging and friction will be applied to your myofascial tissue and eliminate the knots.
You may feel sore immediately following a myofascial massage, but the results often include an increased range of motion and less painand stiffness.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatments help the body heal and rehabilitate after injury, help people manage physical pain, and increase flexibility, range of motion and strength.
Treatments includes performance and ROM exercises, taping, massage and stretching techniques.
Intersegmental Traction
Intersegmental traction tables gently help reestablish the normal ranges of the body's spine. Intersegmental traction tables also help facilitate muscle relaxation and reduce muscle spasms.
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy uses low levels of energy or photons that penetrate deep into a painful tissue. The light leads to chemical changes that help damaged cells recover and regrow. Cold Laser therapy is beneficial for fractures and inflammation.
Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation
Therapeutic exercise involves movement prescribed to correct impairments, restore muscular and skeletal function and/or maintain a state of well-being. Range of motion exercises (passive, active assisted and active) Progressive resistive exercise and balance training.
Thermotherapy

These temperature increases make the tissues more extensible. Thermotherapy is often used prior to a chiropractic adjustment.
